Established in 1963 and rebuilt in 2004, Boca Raton Community High School (BRCHS) has their annual Auction Dinner-Dance called “A Night of Blue & Gold”. This dance is the only school-wide fundraisers specifically designed to assist all the student body, the teachers and the school directly. The event will be held February 19, 2016 at the Doubletree by Hilton Boca Raton in Deerfield Beach. Proceeds from this annual event successfully support:
Recognition programs for students, facility and staff.
Educational scholarships for graduating senior class members
Continuing education assistance for teachers
Annual College and career Fair for all students in the community
Campus enhancement and resources projects
Funding assistance for “Project Graduation”, Boca High’s annual alcohol & drug-free graduation celebration
Financial subsidies for disadvantage Senior students towards the purchase of special senior-year items such as The Paw yearbooks, “Grad Night” theme park entrance tickets, Senior Prom event tickets and college laptops.
