Sanctuary Surgery Center is an Out of Network provider with all insurance carriers. You must have OON benefits for your insurance to be accepted, and per certification maybe required.

Patients and prospective patients may request from our facility and other health care providers a more personalized estimate of charges and other information. Patients should contact each health care practitioner who will provide services in the surgery center to determine the health insurers and health maintenance organizations with which the health care practitioner participates as a network provider or preferred provider.
Some of the services provided in our surgery center are performed by other health care providers who will separately bill you for their services. These health care providers may or may not participate with the same insurances as Sanctuary Surgery Center. Services may be provided in our surgery center as well as by other health care providers who may separately bill the patient and that such health care providers may or may not participate with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as the facility.
Our anesthesia services are provided by independent credentialed anesthesiologist. Contact the center to inquire about your anesthesiologist for the day of your surgery, and the best contact number for them.
Pathology services are provided by CBLPath, contact at (877) 225-7284. Pathology also provided by Boca Raton community hospital laboratory contact at (561) 395-7100.
